I was talking about these. Don't know what these are originally called. These really block the light. People often get them removed from their old Suzuki cars. These do not come installed in new Suzuki cars including mehran and also was removed from 2011 onward Cultus.....!

Aftermarket good quality Taiwanese made headlights for Cultus cost around 2000 per piece. As another member indicated, damaged reflector in headlight can actually make the brightness worst.

Sorry bro for late reply as I was hell busy but ofcourse i cannot forget you; my pakwheels family so summarizing all answers one by one:

1. Dear for rust issue, immediately take your car to Good suzuki dealer preferably Mandviwalla or Macca Motors. Get your car fully serviced by removing carpet, seats etc. & they will first wash your car from down & inside.
Then tell them to undercoat with antirust spray/compound. Prefer 3M products. They will stop rust better, then repair your already rusted parts.
@KamranAslam can better inform about Mandviwalla work quality

1. Your Kenchi seems fine(or atleast seems fine in pic) but anyway u replaced it.BOL:)

2. 90/100 Watt bul brand u mentioned is crap. Cultus wiring & fuses are not capable of supporting 90 watt(Even if relay is installed) or other option, install heavy wiring for 90 Watt bulbs
   Cultus original wiring can maximum support 60-65 Watt
   USE ONLY PHILIPS 60/65 WATT.Their light will more luminous than 90/100 watt koito/koyo/bosch/Lambda atc.

3. Steering should be loosen by now

Bhai seems meri car ko nazar Lag gaee as i am facing these issues from last 3-4 weeks:

1. During cold start in morning, I see white smoke for 1-2 minutes then it become ok & normal(Oil is not decreasing nor Radiator coolant too much)

2. My cultus is taking "Zor ka Jhata dheerey sey" during drive on petrol but it is ok on CNG

3. Light Assembly is broken yet.Found no one to repair it

8.A/c grills r broken.Found no place to repair them

9.Car locks are not working. Not opening by keys from outside(I am opening from Remote only)

Please all guide me

Your gasket is blown. Car should not give white smoke in hot weather. 1-2 minute is long duration.

Is it EFI or carby?

Tail light assemble?

Buy used grill from scrapyard. New one may also be bought. I am sure they won't be expensive.

Locks might be jammed. Get them oiled.

Not gasket blown bhai. That is like heart fail for an engine. This white smoke is due to valve seals issue. My cultus too had it and I did not work on it as I had to sell it

No man it's not the indication of faulty seals. If seals are bad, oil will drip into chambers causing blue smoke on cold start. Every engine oil in the world (synthetic or non-synthetic) when burn will give blue smoke. Mechanics tell these shitty stories to increase their own revenue. Because when they open the head to change seals, they will also put in new gasket which is must because old gasket becomes useless once head is removed. So the problem of leaking gasket also gets fixed and user get happy like "wow my mechanic is so good he fixed white smoke issue by changing valve seals"

Slightly leaking gasket will cause very minimum loss of radiator coolant. You won't feel it if your daily commute is not much. But on the long route like may be travelling outside the city, radiator will get empty on the way which is dangerous.

Cars with even bigger problems can be sold. But you won't get a good deal.

Usually when the oil indication light goes off after car start?
Today i noticed oil indication light took a bit time to get off. Is there something wrong??
Keep in mind... today i started the car after a gap of 2-3 days.

Maybe it took time for oil to start circulating upwards into block and head. If this light continues like this, your oil ki jaali could be choked

Sorry to inform you that you are going to destroy your engine this way carby cultus requires a oil as thin as 5w-30 pretty sure hydraulic lifters (tappets) in your car must be rattling like tractor on cold starts

You r right but i am using it for two years. Evry time i argued with my mechanic to use thin oil but my mechanic always insist for 20w50. Not only my new mechanic but older ones also.

If low oil pressures light starts to warn me of low oil pressure after start for next 4 to 5 sec I would murder my mechanic oil pressure light should go half secs after engine starts your engine isnt just suffering from thick oil 5 secs of low pressure oil light means it is badly sludged up
