My cultus's engine is making tik tik sound? I think its coming from engine head or tappets. What could be the reason?

I have carby cultus and i am using havoline 20w50.
Bad oil.
tappet wear is due to bad API rating and thickness. your API rating should be below API-SM. ideallt 10/30 or 10/40 is a good all year viscosity.
Please tell me brand and type. Which product should i buy? Share picture if you can please.
use SGO Premium Oil - API-SG rating. its 1600 for 4Liters. buy direct from any Suzuki 3s.

@abid110Bhai usually what is your oil drain interval of SGO premium oil in your Liana and what was oil change in your cultus?
No premium is used in Liana. Its bad for Liana. I use zic in it. And I change oil max 3000-3200km. That's it for life of oil in Karachi's conditions
how/what type of fog lights to be installed in Cultus 2013 ??is there any option to do that with out cutting the bumper ??
I have cultus 2005 which has 80k on the odometer.Today I open the bonnet to check the liquid levels & I found traces of engine oil on two places as mentioned in pics.can anyone guide me from where engine oil leaks?
