Mileage of my EFi Cultus is:
On CNG without A/C: 15 Km per Kg
On CNG with A/C: 14 Km per Kg
On Petrol without A/C: 9 Km per Litre
On Petrol with A/C: 8 Km per Litre
Plus my car takes jerking & vibrations on Low RPM at Petrol but Alhamolillah on CNG, it is perfect so i am not disturbing it too much as long as it is fine to me on CNG

In Karachi almost a year ago, my cousin got overhauled all complete Engine with all head repair, seals, facing, big bore piston, rings etc. in 37,000 inclusive of Labor.
After that almost 3,000 for new Engine Oil, Gear Oil, Air Filter, Oil Filter etc.
You should go for overhaul as @abid110 suggested
