Bhai this is a machine and suzuki...
You may be need to open it anytime. But if you can open easily like i do, than repair it whenever you want.

From where, u bought Asuki pads? What is country of Manufacturing of this Asuki pad?
I purchased MK brand few tmonths ago in 775...it was written 850 on box but on bargaining, I got in 775 for rear and 775 for front

just sharing my experience of Cultus tyre change.
i have a Cultus 2015.
50,500 km driven. was driving it on stock General tyres.
changed its tyres to Bridgestone 175/70/R13.
the ride has TOTALLY changed in terms of handling, ride comfort, drive & braking.
the engine noise has also changed. don't know why.
even the passengers can feel the difference while in car.
totally impressed

175 tyre will only cause issue in as Spare tyre as it has no much place to accomodate

I have cultus 2006 carburetor. Now i am facinf issue about rpm jerks. Previously there was a little problem with carburetor wire. It gets stuck sometimes and have to press the pedal few times to bring it back. But that problem was resolved later. Now i am facing rpm jerks. when release the clutch or accelerate or decelerate, the rpm gauge goes higher a little and then comes back to normal. Any help regarding this issue.? does the problem lies in carburetor or clutch pressure plate?
