Radiator service of cultus was for around 500 here in khi. They take it out, wash it with acid, clears all inner tubes/passages, pressure washed,. This gives excellent results

Updates of my Cultus is:
1. Head Light bulb of my Cultus was not working so i took to Electrician. He changed holder but even after that only High beam was working, not the normal beam so we changed Bulb.

New Bulb 100/90 Watt of brand "Kelly": Rs. 150
Bulb holder: Rs. 60
Labor of Electrician: Rs. 100

Yesterday sent car for Oil change. Although it was not recommended by me but ab to daal diya

So concerned current consumption will be 90 Watt implies 7.5 Ampere while 100 Watt implies 8.3 Ampere so concerned Fuse should be 11.25 A for 90 watt while 12.5 Ampere for 100 Watt.

But what should be rating for Wiring? Will your calculations give see some calculations like: 19.5 Ampere / 21.58 Ampere. If not then how should i calculate it?

Dont have experience with PSO OIL.
IM using zic x7000 and its performing great and engine noise is also reduced its 2450 for 4 litre packing...

Dear Brother , i am currently using OSRAM BILUX 60/55w in my car with relays and ALHAMDULILLAH i'm satisfied with the results . As you mentioned above, the calculations you provided are right!

using a 100/90W bulb isn't really dangerous for the wires, the main difference comes with the BULB HOLDERS, more the current passing through it, more they will get HOT and eventualy the low quality bulb holders MELT DOWN.
For the RATINGS OF WIRE, i have no idea but the wires are good enough to bear load upto 10amps (as per my idea) i can be wrong too.

Why dont you try to have some good quality bulbs of 55/60w (adjust them properly ) and add relays with them (i am using separate relay for low beam and separate for high beam)

Regarding your last question, the car is okay, needs some serious care as i was busy in some other commitments and younger brother is busy in his Mid term exams. Will get tuning done and thinking of installing EFI setup to this engine.

I have chinese lights can i use 90 100w bulbs on them?
Do the bulb holders come with headlights? If not then they will be good enough to support 90 100w bulbs... Do you feel difference with or without relay? Sone people say that it is only required when wires are weak and it will not be of anyuse...

Yes, you can use these bulbs in whatever lights you want.

BULB HOLDER here is being referred as the GRIP which is shown in the attached picture

Yes, without relay , the lights fluctuate a bit while WITH the relays , lights are stable as the relays provide the required voltages direct from the battery .

No i mean that using high watt bulbs burns headlight as i have heard if i have stock grip will it burn then? As the light of 90 100 is more than 55 60 i hve noticed

Well, YES, it might burn it as MORE WATTAGE= MORE CURRENT = MORE HEAT!

Looks promising, NO cons except for white light instead of yellow
PRO will be lesser consumption of wattages, built in heat sink.

Visibility is good , except for FOG season , otherwise white light is okay to be used in the city. all new cars come with white light (HID's with projectors)

i personally like yellow light

No brother , i had experience of changing the rear dholki of cultus only, got it changed for around 1400 (dont remember exact amount)

So from a few week's my Cultus 2008 is giving me heatup issues.Before the needle remains half on A/C and on 25% when A/C was turned off but now it's half or sometimes more than half without A/C.

I have been to 2 mechanics one advice me to service the radiator and other advised me to change the radiator cap but none of their advise worked car is still heating up.

Help me out guys.

Scan ur ecu with running engine and observe that radiator fan starts on which temprature. It should turn on at 98°C
