i bought it for 6 but it is has some touching and i had to do some repair works also total cost 6.25 including transfer on my name it is in silver colur and lhr no. i am very busy these days but i will soon share its pics
Great, mine also has touch ups but no major work only tires pair changed. So mine is 621 :).

Yes Advance tax deduction for filers and non filers is applicable for last 5 years models car older than 5 years will have to pay old transfer fee only
