Agree, I asked from mini motors and they also selling after market malaysian or thai
for 3200. I think it might be lepon. I will visit montgomery road for searching HKT brand then.
Is installing pump in engine bay a good idea ?

why do you want to ruin genuine setting of in-tank fuel pump? with engine bay fuel pump, your car will look like 'kaali-peeli-taxi' type with 'sui-gas' type yellow piping in engine bay

Ok ok... just because many people reported issues with after market pumps but will sure go with HKT at least once...

Visited a local parts shop yesterday and saw a chinese fuel pump named "Prime Parts" and the quality seemed really good. Also shop keeper told he never received complaint for it.

As I have sold my Cultus few months ago so looking for car these days:

Today I saw 2004 Cultus in Karachi. Interior and exterior good, seems showered. Engine bay was little rusty and i think it is neglect able as per aging.
A/c was not on but Car dealer committed to on before selling
Only issue was tikli was little cut from side. I asked car dealer who told no issue as engine number and chassis number are readable
He asked 425,000.
Is price justified for 2k4 model in Karachi

Price is justified for a very clean car with no work required. Try to get it around 4. Shower for this age is Normal provided that car is not accidented. Make this sure by all means.

tikli issue is important for resale when u will sale this car dealer will offer u only 3 lacks not more than that , now 2004 a clean shower car inside original with cng and all things intact will fetch 4 lacks rupees as abid predict well , so i wont recommend buying this car ..

i have already turned the chock screw half tread clockwise rpm got better but check engine light indication appeared when i turned it back anticlockwise to its original setting(factory setting) check light disappeared

And for people who have used original old style bumpers, can you comment if they are good maintenance wise or should i stick to new shape?

fuel filter is located in under carriage near the fuel filler port. Check the fuel line going out from fuel tank.

I told the location where it is in carby Cultus. Not sure if it's same for efi but I believe it should be. Check the line that comes out of fuel tank. It's attached there if you look under from the left back wheel
