I would check the voltage at fuel pump supply connector. Because suzuki wiring is not excellent...

Ahan, thanks... I lifted rear seat yesterday to just check tightness of wiring harness and see if its not damaged or shorting but it was in good condition. Thinking to get fuel tank opened so at least it can be cleaned from inside and inspect pump if has issue then will replace....

Is it a metal tank or plastic?

Metal tank gets rusty and keeps fouling up the carburetor....

There used to be coatings for the inside of fuel tank, dunno if available here.

Clean the air vent and add new pipes at this time.

That will stop it from spitting out while refueling and pipes wont need attention for a year or two.

Not to mention it will look bling bling

Yes its metal one. Will change filter and pipes as filter hasn't been replace for years

Will also keep old pump/motor if it needs replacement and do the DIY on it

No compromise on quality/life of the parts i want. Pls mention prices also.

Where to buy in khi (gulshan, gulberg or fb area):
- front both CV joints (what else to be bought with it)
- control arms front both (they come with bushes i guess)
- control arms bushes separate for all four (hv to chnge em, coz its still on original)
- wheel bearings all four

Now, the thing is control arm conditon cn be known only when its opened....the wrkshop wud be diffrnt location than the parts shop...what if i buy the cntrol arms and after opening the original is all ok, will the parts shop take it bck.

Should i replace bearings already? (not very loud sound but can be heard on a smooth quiet road, like airport roads...not sure which wheel) 130k km now on originals.

Further, power steering is all hard....i m guessing the fluid was never changed

Do look for exact issue or just go with fluid replacement?

Is it possible its electrical connections are gone bad due to whch its getting hard (maybe fluid is still good).... i know its not eps but still it has elect connections right?....how to check for it?

Bushings alone will cost you 40k roughly for suzuki genuine

one single control arm brand new sgp is around 30k

axles will be more than 50k too (NTN)

bearings, rears you can buy for 1000 rs from bearing market

front ones around 2k

maybe you will want to compromise now

NKN is for CV joints

Bushings 2400ish for joint fuji (for front control arms)

Longman also makes bushings which used to be good. i think 5k ish for those for 4 control arms

bearings ka already btaa diya

you can try your luck by renewing the grease in bearings, but i suggest atleast swapping the rear ones, because they will be very cheap if you buy from dedicated bearing market.

grease for bearings and cv joints is important

and you need silicone grease on the new bushings

How much for C.arms?

And best location to buy all these parts (c.arms, bush, grease, bearing) from? Probly in gulshan, gulberg, water pump area.

For cv joint i use lm47 but molykote is better

For silicone grease... any brand will work... harris or dow corning or molykote... jou b mil jye... jonsi b miljye. It must be silicone grease.

Bushings installation is abit more technical than we think. See @Xulfiqar posts for that.

And also find the best boots and replace all these boots.

Then you wont need to open it again and again

my vehicle odometer a new look

Mobile camera is not doing justice with meter pics it's much better in real. Needles are hot red when illuminated like Civic 2005, backlight is Ice Blue color.
