Kindly check fuel vapour pressure release pipe. It start right from fuel inlet and ends at underneath the rear body close to left tyre. It has small filter at the end. May be your pipe or filter is blocked.

when we open the fuel cap there are 2 pipes there one big for fuel nozel insertion and there is a small pipe along with main pipe. i think you are talking about the small pipe. ok i will check that pipe

Yes. It doesn't go towards engine side. It goes towards back side. I exactly don't know name of that filter which is connected at the end. You can blow the air from out side and see if its not blocked.

I am facing heating and AC tripping problem in Cultus 2010. Last week i was travelling on motorway, if I drive at 140 speed the temperature gauge starting to rise up a bit above normal (a little above from center) and at that point i feel very less cold air from AC vents seems like AC Tripped but AC light is amber in AC switch. At 120 speed I haven't faced this issue.
Fan is on Auto in normal and FAN is direct with AC. Means fan always started when AC is on but Fan is on AUto if AC is off.
The gauge touches exactly as in picture.

It's a 1000cc car, going at 140 with AC motorway drive, what would you expect?
BTW ac has temp sensor as well, in case car overheats, it trips the ac.

sir you are right, i m just concerned because i have done 150 with AC and it never heats up b4. So just confirming if its the time for radiator service? Because Back in 2014 it started to heating up on highways only at 120 speed. And after getting radiator serviced the problem was solved and never appeared again till now.

Are you using coolant? Any minor leaks or reduction in coolant? If not, I would suggest to do a flush and fill with 50 50 mix of caltex extended long life coolant. You can search for flush method shared by xulfiqar. It has been discussed times you'll find it easily in topics

Maintenance issues there is nothing heat up fault in any cars from manufacturers not even in mehran.

I have kep mehran for almost 6 years had used full time AC In summers. My mehran never heated in 6 years even fan was on Auto.
The thing is people don't give shit about maintenance that's why they face heating issues in mehran. People have only one phrase " bhai mehran ko maintenance ki kiya zaroorat" to say when asked about Mehran maintenance.

Urgent tyre recommendation pls.. i have 25k in hand only for 4 new tyres.. Looking for 165\75... I drive very soft so grip is not important in terms of cornering.. but want fuel efficiency, soft ride and less punctures.

Someone recommended Compasal Grandeco... Is it good? What about Euro? Bridgestone, dunlop etc are expensive so no can do.... What about hankook or kumho? Mirage?

I can go with stock XP 2000 but they are hard as heck

Pls recommend accordingly with respected tyre shops in Khi
