Okkay so i myself break the silence....Today I went for first free inspection to SUzuki Azim motors I-10/3 Isb ... it took me around half hour there...behaviour of staff was excellent they were helpful and did not show any disliking to my queries...i took along the list of issue i were facing they corrected everything.
When you have to go for serivce first of all take along ur warranty book nd service coupons.. once u have reached to 3S center approach the service reception first tell the guy all issues you are facing he ll write down on a card nd thn he ll send u to workshop ahead where mechanics will take the card and ur car they ll first remove engine lid thn lift ur car after tht they ll check efi with computer thing. BUT REMEMBER WHEEL ALIGNMENT is not included in warranty nd they charge 500 for front alignment. i dint opt for tht.
So experience was great i hope i ll have more to share on 5000KM inspection.
