Suzuki Cultus Jerk Problem

first take it to someone and try adjusting cng mixture, if it still gives problems on cng

then check ignition coil, borrow it from another car, i think that is the problem since it jerks on both fuels.

The car has been properly tuned from Suzuki Polad dealership. I will check on the ignition coil too. Thanks for the suggestion!

If your car has been perfectly tuned then i guess you should look in to your injectors. Are they dirty ?? Clean them and as our friend suggested, check ignition coil.

is right..........its ignition coil problem..........do as he suggested....

it has carburetor not injectors.

2 - Check distributor cap and spark plugs cable.

I don't understand part 1. Can you kindly explain it further? What is air gap and what part is the pick up coil, as I am unaware of it. Thank you very much.

The air gap is the space between the pick up coil and the trigger wheel tooth.To obtain an accurate reading,use a non magnetic feeler gauge (plastic or brass).
With one tooth of the trigger wheel pointing at the pick up coil,slide the correct thickness non magnetic feeler gauge between the trigger wheel and the pick up coil,move the pick up coil in or out until the correct air gap is set,tighten the pick up coil screws and double check the air gap setting.
Pick up coil is installed in distributor use to set firing order.

which brand you purchased??ultima??
i recommend you ngk or original sumitomo ones.ultima or orange ones never lasts long

Yes I second that, the metal points of those wires are very low quality, one rusted while it was plugged into the car's distributor cup, the whole cup needed replacement. Finding oem sumitomo wires wasn't easy either, my elder brother got the last piece from a shop on montogomery road, it cost 3.5 k and the wires were ten year old unused

Only Ultima wires were available at the shop. So for now car us on Ultima. Thanks for the heads up. Will get the wires replaced by a better brand. How much does ngk cost?

you won't find ngk wires here, the ones you see are fake. original ngk costs around 7k online, this is exclusive of delivery and customs tax.
try to find sumitomo wires, they are the genuine ones, i found a ten year old but still new and unused set of those wires, the shopkeeper asked 3.5k and was adamant, but in the end my car is performing much better and i know that these will last, the originals lasted 15 years

you should also check out your distributor cap and rotor, if the cap is scratched up inside it should be replaced, the cap is held by two screws or bolts, its an easy job and totally worth it

Thanks margallar. How about getting the original wires from Pak Suzuki dealership. I checked their prices, they are selling @3800.

Go for it, don't even think about anything else, some dealership s are selling for 7k so they are giving a good price.
