Trip meter and Reserve status....
When bike gets on reserve, note the odometer reading.
After getting refill, reset trip meter
When again reserve, note the trip meter reading.
Add the previous distance between reserve and refilling
Divide by total fuel
Profit

I bought gd 110 hu some days ago. It proved to be worst decision. Owner said only 30k driven carefully so perfect in every manner.

But after driving some days I concluded that it has no pickup, as it can't even climb on an inclined runway of a basement that earlier my 70cc used to do even in second gear obviously with full throttle. But this thing, I have drag it while engine on to climb the incline.

I don't know any mechanics and heard that suzuki service centers are not good. They don't behave well with customers so I went to a mechanic all the way to township, that I found on YouTube named kashif suzuki but still no issue resolved.

He said changing plug will solve everything but nothing changed.
It keeps turning off engine once I idle the throttle.

Also it's emitting smoke now.

Please can anyone suggest some good mechanic im lahore near kareem block, jinnah or any where.

Also how is it possible, if I can install self ignition in it.

Is it doable?
If yes then what might be the cost?

Any help will be appreciated

I am sorry to hear about your experience.

I suggest you go to Suzuki Service Center opposite Ganga Raam hospital. There you will find Mr. Adnan (mechanic). Insha Allah your GD would be tuned to operate normally and you are going to love it!

I bought Suzuki GD 110 in 2014 and sold it in 2022, in this time i dont had a single issue with my bike except for a shock leak in 2021. Its the best bike available in the market in terms of comfort, Pick and reliability. Someone sold you a bike with issues and you need to fix them.

Yes seems like the engine was devastated. So I had to get it repaired.
All the head, cylinder and piston and clutch plates got either repaired or changed.

Now it's working better.
Let's see how it goes.

From where did you got it fixed? How much didi it cost to you?

I went to Suzuki GR first. Took appointment and all, But they were not willing to do it and said it might take 5 days or more and leave your bike here when we will get time we'll see. Which I was not gonna do. So I went to kashif suzuki, he has a YouTube channel also. And I asked for all original parts from suzuki, so it costed around 16k with labor charges.

Dear all please guide if self start motor can be installed in GD 110HU.
I have one and a suzuki mechanic in vicinity agrees to do the project.
Is it technically possible?
