asked sales man for origin of production. He said its Italian... asked him i know Piaggio is Italian brand but where this bike assembled with hesitation as may others are there he accepted .Its from china..

In which city u live and tell me some more about the conversation and was this bike available in showroom as a display ???
Although the price tag seems on high side but lets see what it will have in real ??

I am from Lahore. Guy was from Ravi Piaggio and he was saying that it will be launching in next week. They put it on display at Lahore expo center on last Saturday and Sunday. Bike was used and they polished it .Lots of luster used in that. Bikes looks stunning. Sound was sporty. Engine is like Ravi Piaggio 125. U can only judge this bike is not sport bike when you see at its engine or else you cant judge it. Speedometer was digital wit gear, fuel, speed, Odo meter and trip meter. RPM meter was gauge meter. Over all bike looks good..
You can check it at the mentioned link in the post. its same model "BYQ150-8" which was displayed at Lahore Expo.

For all those who have price issues, please go online, search for 125cc bikes, check their prices...
Prices for proper, high quality 125cc bikes are up to 5,000 US $!! Which means 5 Lac Ruppees...!!

Even Vespas with horse powers less than our cg125 are priced higher... Yes.. thats the real price of stuff.
Now thank suzuki to give u this bike in 100,000Rs.. it means they are just charging 1000$ for this bike! which is super legit!
In that price u just dont get ANY new bike abroad!

Now dont quote me prices of India ok?? I am just telling how quality makes big difference to prices!

Today I went to Suzuki Showroom near my place and had the opportunity to have its test drive. It was a black GD-110.

Let me tell you guys, the ride was EXTREMELY smooth and comfortable. Engine is absolutely noise- and vibration-less. To me, the engine sound resembles to Honda CD 70's sound - it's a quiet and smooth engine. The Suzuki guy specifically emphasized upon its soft seat. The seat is indeed soft and the shock absorbers are just brilliant. I have a lean body and, thus, not much weight. When I drove it, the shock absorbers did a great job even with a light weight like mine on the bike when the bike hit bumps.

The Suzuki guy also told me about the paint quality of GD-110. The bike's painted with KANSAI paint which is a Japanese brand. The colors look stunning to view. I was also told that this bike is aimed at running trouble-free for first 6 - 7 years of use AT LEAST saying "aap k bache bhi chalayen ge yeh"

Moreover, the bike weighs 108 kgs but it felt a lot lighter when I drove it. I currently have Honda CD 100 which weighs 98 kg. The 108-kg Suzuki GD 110 actually FELT lighter than 98-kg Honda CD 100. It means handling a GD-110 is not an issue.

I didn't drive the biike on a long route, just had a small loop and couldn't even go in 3rd gear. But even this small trip gave a good idea of the capabilities of this machine.

Buying it soon, Insha Allah.

I have SUZUKI for last 14 years. My first Suzuki was SR21(100 cc 2 stroke) and i always did tuning by myself. Then we bought a Suzuki SD110 and we did 2 tuning at home and 3rd from Suzuki show room.

If you have the Suzuki show room then it will be easy to go there and get service there.

No, Bike is not self start but option is available. Means on engine there is place where u can installed the starter motor if you wish to do so .. l
