Well, Check for
Brake pads seating - tyre should not jam on free rotation, and brake should be good with reasonable lever press. If it is asking for too much press for brake, it's sign of trouble.
Rim alignments
Handle adjustment - on double stand it should fall free on both sides. If it jams it needs adjustment
Check for stuck RPMs - on twisting the throttle and then gently releasing it, RPMs should immediately come down to idle setting
Coil check - RPMs should be smooth with easy start up of bike and resposive to the twist of throttle.
Side taapa rubbers should be good as no locks are there to hold them.
Check horn/lights/Brake lights/ blinkers carefully.
Headlight to fazool hi milni hai, you can change it later.
