At 8k i think approx 110
I am thinking when i will change its sprocket set i am considering using deluxe sprocket set which is front 15t and rear 45t. My question is can this setup is good or harmful for bike

Rpm limiter is also present in this bike in cdi can there is any way we can disable this limiter

Can you briefly explain what is the difference between GS and GR ? Secondly please share from where to buy LS2 Rapid. I need in mono matt black. Thank You

110 is pretty decent for this bike.
If i were you, i'be content with it considering all the features it offer along with it.

Smaller rear sprocket will decrease RPMs further.
Don't know about Deluxe but GS150's rear 43T sprocket is compatible as told to me by suzuki mechanic.

Bike engine response khud hi bata de ga if it is tolerable for the bike or not. If it gets too much for the bike, just leave the rear sprocket at 43, and put your stock 14 back at front. It'll still have taller gears compared to your current 15/47 setup.

GS is a touring king in its own.

With this bike you will get good set of stock features. Like good diskbrake and alloys which are even better than the one offered in GS150 SE.
Much better headlight than GS.
Much comfortable seat than GS.
Gear indicator, Fuel Gauge. Dry Battery
Side taapa locks are there.

Rear drum brake is also better. I had to find a good khradia to get it working properly in my GS.
In the morning when engaging gear in cold engine, it doesn't jerk like GS (problem especially noticeable in winter).

You get the idea. Apart from features, it's a product with better finish and quality.

And then there comes the difference in ride.

Mono colour helmets will be even cheaper.

GR horse power are less than GS

Sure there is. GS makes its max torque at higher RPMs, this makes it ideal for open road cruising. Once you get to 90+ speeds, GS is in a league of its own. But feels bulky and tires you in traffic.

While GR has its max torque at mid RPMs, makes it very easy to ride in stop and go traffic. Accelerates happily from stop again and again and agile handling to beat the traffic. Mix that with good brakes and you can do a bit of shokhi even in traffic.
About cruising, i would say happy to cruise till 90 with plenty power left to overtake and stuff.

Haven't taken GR to northern areas, but here if going into sand/off road, i would prefer GR.

I have taken GR in few most steep climbing road of kpk.. It has proven its worth.. Never stopped anywhere.. Also good in low gears on slopes.

Bike done 12000Km.

Facing little missing issue since the weather got cold. Upon closer look i came to know it was running on GS spark plug Denso U24ESRN (NGK equivalent CR8E).

While recommended plug for GR is CR6E, and CR8E is much colder plug than recommended.
I tried to find CR6E in open market but couldn't find and Suzuki charged 1100 for it.
Will check on weekend if it resolves the issue.

So, this weird missing problem in cold weather won't go away.
Gets better once bike is warmed up though.

I also changed mine to cr7 iridium as cr6 was not available

My GR has done around 5K and running on stock plug. Haven't faced any missing issues so far.

A carb service has rectified the missing but still facing hanging throttle problem where you let go the throttle and RPMs stay high for a second or two before dropping to idle.
Online reading indicates lean mixture but not able to pin point the cause.
