Just change oil regularly, only go to official Suzuki workshops, every time you go to workshop have both wheels taken out and have the brake drums and pads cleaned, get speedometer drive assembly cleaned and lubricated (my experience). One problem with most official workshops is that they only do the minimum required work, unlike private workshops/mechanics where they do a lot of extra things (if asked), other than just tuning.
I have read about breaking speedo-meter and tacho-meter cables, ask the mechanic what to do in Karachi. Someone recommended to use WD40 inside these cables every 5000km, I haven't tried it yet.

Don't know about GS-125, but sprinter has a much better pick than GS-150, so with the same total weight and only 125cc it will be worse.
Sprinter gets to 80km/h faster than GS-150, so it should get to around 90km/h faster than GS-125. Don't know about the top-speed of sprinter as it gets almost as uncomfortable as a CG125 over 100km/h, so I haven't tried it.
Worst consumption for Sprinter: at least 55km/l, normal(city):58-60km/l, normal Highway: 62-65km/l.
