They introduced the GS-150 (old model) a few years ago, which was quite good for Pakistan at that time, but after the market response they dropped the price of GS-150 and dropped (plastic covers etc) or replaced (exhaust) some better parts to compensate, nothing changed in the engine.

We (the buyers/users) are to blame. Until we make everyone else (other buyers/manufacturers) understand that we must have the latest technology and products, even if it means paying extra, it will keep on happening. The only language manufacturers understand is the sales figures, don't know about the buyers.

Yes, I recommend Suzuki GS-150, it is the most powerful bike available, made in Pakistan. (or assembled in Pakistan)

Hey Asad01 got an idea for you bro to prevent your battery terminals from that dusty powdery stuff , that often breaks the terminal it self is to apply a bit of a grease, it will prevent the battery water to reach the terminals..

thanks, but I have been applying petroleum jelly from the beginning. The GS-150 battery is 8AH, double or even more than any other bike battery, because of electric start. So the regular terminal connectors are not good enough for all types of weather. The cables are not quite long enough to easily put the battery on the foot-rest easily.

Some pictures that I took of the bike parts. The bike was purchased on 31st May, 2008, less than 10 months old.

Close-up of speedometer driver assembly in the front hub. Notice the condensation. I don't like it, as I cannot see it without taking off the wheel.

This is the chain cover, see the visible chain. I don't mind it because I can see it and I know I have to lube the chain more often than on fully covered chain covers.

You welcome mate, i have got Suzuki 125 , bought that in 2007, but m sorry to say that mine look way better then yours .. actually the reason is .. i use diesel to clean my bike by my self on every weekend, check battery oil every weekend, apply grease on the terminals every week end change the engine oil every month... the oil filter every third month .. i mean i really like this mean machine ... and i don't know what will be the case if i were in Abbotabad .. though you've got 150 but actually m comparing because the body is the same if we compare 125 and 150 ... Thank you

the pakistani suzuki motorcycle website is down and i have no other source except pakwheels to question people, i have been reading this thread since a while now and from the beginning till now it seems iv become doubtful of the suzuki 150....
Today i finally joined pakwheels after AGES, my first query is from the people who have seen the new gs-150 at showrooms, some questions:

• I have noticed different exhaust being used then the stylish one (i hated it but atleast i knew the same one was used internationally) what other changes do u guys think or have come across in the suzuki gs-150 aesthetically and mechanically

• is there a method of knowing the 150cc engine from the 125cc engine? except for the word of the showroom guy nd the monogram?ny hints?

• can anyone give the addresses and phone numbers of all the suzuki motorcycle showrooms in khi, plus any recommendations regarding service centers etc

• does Suzuki offer installment plans still? if yes what are the requirements in terms of compliance?

• iv learnt through this thread that the shocks on the front fail easily, will they be covered under the 6 month warranty? what things are covered in the first 6 months warranty? what are things i should be worried about going wrong on the bike?

• finally whats the price for a new one preferably wid insurance and registration?

So i am here Posting the Pictures of My X-Bike 175CC Road Prince Chinese Made in Blue n White Colour... which was Completely Destroyed in an Accident on Wazirabad Byepasss at the Speed ov about 140KM/h on 14th august 2005 .... the clack 175cc Road Prince Choper but fortunately i got no accident on it... the third 1 is My Special Honda CG125cc on which i goto with my friend about 3 years ago Muree Nathia Guli Thandiani Patriata from Lahore it was an great bike 1999 model and also was an great adventure... n if u want to see my injuries pic the last accident i can also show it to u....

I have CG125 2007 model and i have beaten many CG125 including GS125(suzuki) on long route.And it is right that the race winning majority depend on drivers

ability.I am crazy of Cg125 sound but due to snatching i am now preferred to buy a GS 150 please quote me some good recommendations so i can easily buy it .the first and the formost thung is its average as my Cg 125 average is 45 to 47 /litre

This is a little modification that i did with my GS 150 .. changed the tank and the put in a bigger tyre... your comments needed..
