In addition to the 1-Pump, 2-puncture-patches and the large 3-screwdriver, there is another 4-screwdriver of the same size with ground edges bent at the tip, an 5-adhesive tube (Elephant brand, but Samad bond also works), a 6-valve opener (there are valve caps that have an opener on the other side, I have one that I use). I also have a pressure guage but it is not necessary so I don't carry it (a kick to the tyre can tell you if the pressure is ok). I also carry two extra ring spanners (17mm and 19mm) to take off the wheels.
Remember, the small tyre-remover levers don't work at high altitude or when the tyres are cold. I had difficuty in taking the tyre off the rim (of my GS150) with two of 2-feet levers used for a Land Rover. It was at Khunjerab pass, over 15,000 feet, 85km from the nearest puncture shop and the tyre was cold. My regular 1-foot lever felt like a toy and just didn't work. Screwdrivers have a better grip because of the handles.
Footpumps are not dependable, they work fine for the first couple of times, but then they just dont work after that, and if you at Deosai when it happens, you have to take the wheel off and take it to Skardu or Chilam ( yes, been there done that). I bought the one in the picture from Gilgit for Rs160/- last year, in Abbottabad it is available for 200~250 at Jhuggian.
Keep two tubes of adhesives, once you open a tube there is no guarantee it will be usable next time.
I don't carry the kit for Abbottabad-Lahore trips, just the pump, 17mm and 19mm ring spanners for emergency, normally I just fill air and continue riding to a puncture shop.
