here are the stats of inazuma from fuelly.com. although the sample is very small, but it shouldn't be difficult to conclude that one shouldn't expect more then 30kmpl in normal urban driving

He got 27Km/lit when riding with luggage at around 100Km/h on flat roads. That's not so bad.
My GS gives me 30Km/lit when i ride at those speeds with some luggage on board.
