Suzuki internal news regarding Wagon-R and Alto

Since the launch is on friday, All showrooms have the cars ready, hidden made some calls, They want me to visit and check the car tomorow, Vl share my input tomorow

On a side note, I went to Honda Site to inquire about Honda City, After everything settling i finally decided to open the doors and see whats inside, The passenger door was the first, It didnt close in one go, Then the driver door i opened the door took more time (milli seconds) and opened on the very last pull of the handle pretty cheap quality, Im really disapointed, This mean everycar is being made out of Bull Potti as @capsat says.

maybe JDMs spoiled me, But i can take a blind man with me to judge Corolla and Citys door open/Close mechanism which one is smoother. so it may not be that im being Toyota bias

Nothing to fancy about the quality, Its the same Paksuzuki quality,

• 3 models (maybe there is not AT maybe there is) The sales team hasnt been trained about it, The workshop guys were playing with it)
• 9 Colors initially
• GT Radial Champiro tires (145/80 r 13) Wheel caps ( ithink iread 175 but the indonesia reads 145)
• Fog lamps, EPS, Indash stereo Clarion as told before
• Orange lighting interior
• Map light
• Front power windows (VXL) , Rear manual
• under passenger seat (removable compartment)
• Boot no more then Mehran/Alto
• Boot Tray

• Keyless entry and probably an immobilizer aswell (altho didnt asked about the imobilzer but the key is similar to Swift/Liana) and spare key was also in covering

• The one i saw was a VXL in Grey (darker then silver lighter then Alto/Cultus grey) you can say imitating the medium Silver/Pencil grey) Phonix red is also available in the 9 colors,

• Launch in Lahore is tomorrow and Karachi maybe by Sunday. Dealer ships open on Sunday.

• The driving position was okay felt good, steering isnt adjustable (atleast i didnt find the adjusting handle)

• most of all its 1000cc K10B engine

• 2 tone interior, rear passenger space isnt bad compared to Alto

If the car is priced right its a win win against any thing avalible in the market for 800,000 range and should kill mehran ( i hope it does )

Looked better built then a Cultus, The doors dont close in one go

Has the same dash as the Indian Wagon R just that the meter has Orange lighting and no power windows in the rear just like the Indonesian Wagon R, Rest is majorly like the Indonesian car, Seat etc

So in the end we will be getting a better product in a better price

If you can buy a much much better car then Mehran while paying a very nominal extra price then why not

Pakistan don't have resources to make their own car may be hVe many resource but not all the needed things are avaialble here and even if they did most pakistan companies or people wana earn money dn't want make a better product
Thats why we have to pay a lot of tax on each car. If everything is manufacuring or atleast major parts and company is local hVe nothing to do with international brands like suzuki honda etc the price of the car will go down because less manufacturing costs no transportation charges and taxes for importation etc so their will be less cost of final product so you can have a good prices and good quality product here but not possible without the courage of common man they have to trust

went to suzuki capital today,he said we have the cars and they are undergoing wash and stuff one guy said it would be on display on friday and other said it would be on sunday

At last some 1st hand useful information arrived. So it means, its interior like indian version which z alot more cooler,and exterior like indinesian version which is also ok.

Im very curious about price tag and detailed pics of actual PS Wagon-R. Any1 who has chance to attend launching cermony,plx share the details on soonest.
If i like it, im definitly going to buy it INSHA ALLAH.

Just called them, as they said cultus will be discountue from next year and wagon r will be their 1000c. Average about is 22 km ( as the said ) and when I said if I cash them tomorrow can give me they said yes sure but 100k is premium ( own ). Ac is better than cultus, room is bigger than cultus, quality is better than cultus, anyway tomorrow they invite me at 4 pm but before that we have one call and they will tell me price as I got some info will post here

no it should be spotted tomorrow at most showrooms and 19th is the launch date in my city
as told by suzuki showroom dealer tomorrow is strike in ctiy so they have kept the 19th as launch
i am concerned regarding price too a car which is said to be better than cultus than how it can be
priced lower than cultus Wagon R is pretty tall car like APV so there won't be pleasure of car
in driving this car also might not be comfortable in taking fast turns too

Just came back from Suzuki Central Motors Rawalpindi. They will put it on display tomorrow, Saturday. No information about the price, but they said that it will come in vx, vxr and vxl and it will be the 4th gen Wagon R, similar to the Indonesian version. Let's see what kind of things they rip out of the 4th gen and sell here.
