not much, it's quite similar,... you don't get my point brother. I just don't find the 2014 santro a car good enough as an upgrade from my current car (https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/members-member-rides/197874-my-new-daihatsu-move).. the wagon R too is not good enough. The swift auto meets my requirement but its very expensive and is not fuel efficient either.

the santro was an excellent car back in 2004, but now it too is old and needs to be replaced by the i10

Just went to showroom to have a look at wagon R.
Overall , its a good car bigger then Swift , Great leg room , dash plastic is a bit cheap but not that bad!
Manufacturing quality is very poor!
Even the doors wont on close.
but overall i like it!
Its a big car and Im going to have a test drive tomorrow

Anyways, can you tell me about fuel consumption of its engine, cause some guys who have taken its test drive are saying that company claims are false. Sorry if it has already been discussed on this thread

Its a great launch..Its 1 liter k series engine.Its new and competitively priced..I would buy it anytime and prefer it over cultus,santro(there time is over)

Well i would get a jdm wagon R of 4.5 grade or so and no worry about parts as they are now available from Pak Suzuki

brother , its a K series engine .
K10B to be specific 998cc three cylinder

this engine is known for its fuuel efficiency , as per Maruti India and related articles ..

about the mileage , yes officially we are well aware that companies do exaggerate things a bit for marketing reasons ,
but , on behalf of a person , whom i would trust to give me an honest opinion , states that it is giving 16 kmpl in the city , and 18.7 on the highway .....

PKDM wali nahi bikti na bikay , assembly line unki wesay hi full slot hai , demand agar reduce bhi hoti hai , tuo assembly line pe koi slot khali nahi jani . aur agar increase jati hai , tuo inko OWN milna shru hojana hai ....

try looking at the income statements and accounts of some good dealership ....
jitnay ki ye log har month cars nahi bechtay , us se zyada revenue ye log parts aur services se lejatay hain ...

That is in line with Pakistani manufacturers policy of plundering people. All these essentials are not present in Toyota corolla basic model(XLI) in 16 Lacs , atleast suzuki has provided immobilizer which a 2.2 million colrolla altis and 1.8 million city doesn't have ..

I test drove it its expensive but its a good car..seats are pretty good...actually dashboard door close perfectly...engine and suspension looks promising..ab used jdms lenay say to acha hai

Yar used ka ihsaan lena hi kiun haii...i have seen almost all reconditioned jdms in poor situation aftrr a year or two

Reconditioning plants are no more in Japan , its just we Pakistanis call it reconditioned!
