Suzuki Khyber mileage on CNG

I own 1998 Suzuki Khyber and I used to get 165km-175km with heavy foot and 190km-210km with light foot with max top speed of 90 on CNG.
I once tried to do hypermiling with couple of cylinders and achieved 245 to 255 kilometers on single full cylinder.
All aforementioned figures are without AC.

On petrol, I'm getting 14 to 15 km/l on local in Islmabad/rawalpindi traffic and 16 to 17 km/l on long route depending upon whether I'm hypermiling or not. My car is in very good condition.

My Khyber carborater is not working so run on CNG with Full Cylinder it gives me only 70 km Pls resolve my issue leakage and everything was checked but still not got the what is exact Fault ? Should I sell the CNG ?

I would consider getting the carburetor fixed as the first priority before thinking of selling CNG kit as this is considered a serious flaw in my opinion.

If you wish not to get carburetor fixed, you'll eventually need to do that after selling CNG. Why not to get that fixed at the first place.

Guys u getting awesome average. Me getting 100km on full CNG (200 bar psi). My car have CNG smell in exhaust. Please recommend any centre for CNG tuning in karachi? I have already got my car tuned from my mechanic but still smell of CNG. Please suggest solution.

Things already done
1. Oil changed
2. Distributor car, rotor arm and plugs changed
3. Tuning by road side mechanic

get ur carburetor check ...mine got damage due to erosion we generally dont use petrol n mostly use gas what happens is that gas contain particles such as sio-sand contaminates etc. When they travel with gas with high pressure and hit the small opening valves of carburetor it gets eroded and hence fuel starts leaking from there...or what happen the valve starts leaking and more air is forced into it due to which more fuel is burnt and a rich fuel air mixture is formed leading to high fuel consumption.

Ok, thanks for your replies. Please refer me to a mechanic who can really tune my car properly so my could could complete 175 to 200km journey on 50L cylinder.

Some pakwheelers recommended me there cng tunning mechanics, i m posting here. I have not visited them yet, but those were recommended by respectable and credible members here.

I changed my carborater but its now fine on petrol but only 60 KM in full cylinder? What the hell ?

Changed or serviced?

Open bonnet and see whether needle on 200 bar or not, if not then it means cylinder is not full. Be sure that it is on 200 and then check kms you cover.

Man goto above mentioned tunning centres.. And if they say that your carb is faulty then do let me know, i will guide you to Rehman Carburetor.

My khyber and Margalla usually gives 130 Km in full cylinder.Just checked that air filter box should be blocked 80 % and on full throttle engine performs as it as to be.

While filling CNG check the pressure its should be 200 PSI.
