this my khyber 98 model geniune engine 108000 kms done.engine was not washed wen the pics were taken .iwat do u say abt my ride.post u some more pics.

Hi everyone,

I have got Khyber 97 a month ago and was wondering the top speed it can achieve.

I did 148km/h on motorway ( on CNG ). Do share your experience.

Paint on the grill has been damaged due to steam wash in early days (thanks to Suzuki paint quality)..... I also had a Khyber 1993 (bought brand new) sold in 2002

Everything is original except the side mirrors and upholstery on the seats (color and stitching as per original pattern).

I personally don't believe in modifications.......

i agree khyber dont look nice wid modifications thats y i have keep my as simple as Pak Suzuki made it 12 yrs back..

i touched 130km/h on CNG at KHI-HYD highway.. but never pushed my car to touch its highest
148Km/h,,, dont u think its difficult to read 148 on khyber's speedometer ??? i think u were just below 150 thats why u wrote ur at 148 who knows u were at 149 or 147

sir the driving side door n rear left door has been painted otherwise the paint is totally geniune..no touchups even.agar abhi b clear nahi hown then u also live in lahore ...u can see the car..

i have achieved 145km/h on cng on the motor way with five ppl in the car.belive me the new cultus with two ppl couldnt overtake me .he tried his best but couldnt

then there is no car better than SUZUKI KHYBER (SA310)
I can say this is The Best Car PakSuzuki has ever produced.
I am having a Suzuki Khyber of Dec 1999 model. The car is used too much every day. Like more than 80 Km/Day. Even then it never gave me any sort of problem. It is totally reliable with minimum maintenance.
I know that the new cars are coming with latest technology like Vitz is too common nowadays. But Vitz DO NOT cover all the factors which I have mentioned above specially when it comes to running on CNG.

my khyber 96 going 120 with AC in 250 Rs gas almots 2.1 Rs/kg
not as gud as it should b but still better than many other 1000cc cars

hi iam new here in PW and i also owns Khyber i wanted to add my name with the khyber lovers (mien apna naam SHEEDON ki list mein add karna chahta hoon) KHYBER is infact a great car of all times i love my ride and want to continue my luv n ride. KHYBER indeed is best car in 1000 cc and till now nothing have reached its dust even
the pick , accelaration everything is great all i can say
plz help me in making my ride more chalenging by givin ur expert advices
my ride is very lucky on cng as it does not make any problem since i have converted it on cng 15 months ago
