You've a bad ground wiring. Install one extra ground wire to the gear or chasis and see if the problem disappears of first crank starting after driving it for sometime.

AOA all.
I have Suzuki Liana Eminent 1.6 and had the same issue as when the car heats up the car was not starting up. Same tick tick sound. Once the engine gets cold the car was starting without any issue

Got to the Suzuki Kazmi motors rwp and they changed the self cuppy. The issue was still there, the whole thing cost me around 3000 rs.
1200 PKR for self cuppy plus labor.

Then took the car was to my own mechanic and the issue was resolved by changing starter assembly.
Cost me around 4000 PKR as at 15 April 2022.

Plus I want to add that please stay away from these Suzuki showroom mechanics, I know this place from where I resolved the issue from last 10 years,
