The assembly I installed was japnese m13A, on left side near the belts there was V-tec, mechanic closed it, cam sensor light didn't went away after swap till date, on Saturday hopefully InshAllah issue will be resolved, because new engine is like a new engine. attaching the picture of new engine.

This was only used 153k Km's but I guess the main issue for the decreased engine life was I was using water instead of coolant.

If foam forming in Radiaotor thats not a good thing. You have a worn gasket or leak in the assembly. Water is mixing with oil and forming whitish foam.

Brother I have new engine installed but without thermo valve, that foam is maybe due to the valve

nope, the foam is oil mixing with water. the foam would increase with time. get that checked. these days, its pretty hot and if your car's temp needle is somewhere middle, it means the engine is running on its optimum temperature.

yes, fans are auto, both of them and temp needle stays in the middle, I'll get the foam thing checked, but some says that due to no thermo valve a little bubble or foam comes up, plus car is running on water

from Where you swapped your engine is a good known parts dealer, he is my classmate. you must activate the VVT. and your CAM sensor error code must be cleared. you have to change CAM sensor wires. and the cam sensor position for VVT 1.3 is different from the pakistani 1.3. your car is currently on limp mode due to cam sensor error. thats why you are facing problems. if you replaced ECU as well then you have to change cam sensor blue wire from 11 pin position to 14 pin position in the ECU grip. if engine timing is out even by one tooth you will be facing cam sensor error code and limp mode. in limp mode your car is under powered with more fuel consumption, black smoke, fluctuating idle RPM, and top speed of only 80 KM/h.

whenever ECU encounters cam sensor error, it activates the limp mode in which all the four injectors are fired at once means firing simultaneously and NOT sequentially.
