how about pillar structures? - need from roof till floor, when they buckle in a unibody car they need to be completely removed and replaced as one piece, any jackass trying to weld two at 90 degree angle of structure needs to be shot.
Your definition of running maybe extremely shabby, it doesnt mean its safe to use. technically if you show this car to a carpenter he will claim that he can make it workable in 2 days and some lumber. chop off stuff and make a wooden box around the cab.
heated and welded doors, cut up rewelded pillars, roof with oxy acetylene welds.. the next time this car has this accident the passengers in the cabin will be extra rare burger patties.
btw - 30K for a quality paint job? is this being painted at galli ka nukkar with leftover surplus?
