Go for original Pak suzuki AC or otherwise your warranty would be void, more over the 660cc JDM cars have more BHP than mehran. Hence their AC might be putting more load on engine.

Mehran is barely 40Bhp.. whereas these 660ccs are 54Bhp and above.
Your idea of measuring Bhp through drag race result is extremely wrong, 660ccs will loose the race most probably due to their slow CVT/auto transmissions.

Wheel horse power and break horse power are two different stories...

gas ko bolty hn.get it refilled from sanden or any other shop having honeywall or dupont cylinder.
hope it will be fine as it is chilling at night
And also make sure they charge full gas not less

Matlab gas ka hi issue hau? Agar raat ko chill ker raha hai matlab gas kam hai?
Aur dopehar mei kabhi kabhi vent ke paas hawa thandi hoti hai mun tak nahi aati. Will a relay to the blower get it okay?

As i am from Kpk dont know about Karachi but i think sanden will have or any popular shop.
n get a rely installed to compressor

My lil bro for ur kind information. .....carby mehran is barely 40 BHP! !!!! The new mehran efi (euro) has more powerful in BHP with 796 cm3 then 660cc. ...

other u talking about cvt then hahaha cvt has more response. ... b t w I'm running steermatic for last 9 years!!! Altis 1.6 with 15 more hp (criusetronic) goes Parallel with my car never beat it.....

Yar mene dekha hai mere fan me relay lagwaya hai. High pe hawa zyada hai thandak buhat kam.
Compressor pe lagane se kya hoga?

yes indeed,ive never kept one,bought one for small chores a while back,do have a civic r18a as well
but never had the experience to install an ac before in a car,this experience didnt go very well

Umair,

I've used a Denso (after market) A/C in a 2004 Mehran, it was hopeless. But then i got the complete unit serviced and got DuPont gas filled. One thing to note here is, the inner vents/ducts of the AC channel were clogged with leaves and stems, I would assume it is one of the major factors for Mehran's A/C losing it's efficiency over time. Anyway, once the whole unit was serviced it was no longer the same case as before. It was infact really impressive afterwards. If you are in Karachi, the best place to go to is Khalid Autos, behind PIDC. It's on MT Khan Road, shortly after Caltex petrol pump, on the same side.
