Suzuki Mehran Euro II engine oil reduction

Aoa Experts. i have mehran euroII which is reducing oil (both 10w40, & 20w50). i went to Suzuki cetre and did a compression test. dry test all cylinders readings were 10.5,10.5,& 10.7. then they did wet test readings were 12.5,12.5,& 12.6. limit as per suxuki is 10-13.5. Still car is reducing oil. There is no smoke on full throttle. No blow on open engine oil cap. No loss in power of car. Yes silencer has black carbon deposits but no oil in it. I have consulted multiple mechanics all said engine kamzoor ha overhaul hoga. Car is only 71k driven. Model is 13. I have used Zic both grades. Now using havoline. But issue is still there. There is no leakage in car. kindly guide me should i go for over haul or should i look for PCV valve. I can see heavy oily surface on pipe which connects engine to Pcv valve but mechanic denies that pcv valve is ok.

Check PCV valve yourself. Take a plier and unclip pipe and can easily be removed by hand now shake it well if you hear rattling they it's ok if it's not then it's bad.

How much is oil reducing? Like how much in 1000km

Is there smoke on cold start up?

Its like reduction of 500-900ml per 1000km
Cold start per white smoke ha aor bad mein khatam ho jata ha but thats natural in winter i guess

pcv valve is clean, and it rattles upon shaking. Blowing air from one side passes to other. But from other side it doesn't pass. Its pipe from engine pcv valve is clean. No crust on spark plugs they r clean

PCV valve is ok. Seems you rings os pistons are bad.

Then compression test should fail.i did that test from Suzuki centre. And they were like it is within range, plz change ur oil to Suzuki oil.

It's your valve seals, get them checked.

Seems like valve seals. Is the car run on cng a lot?

Only petrol, cng never installed

So, finally I went to Dmotorsports isb. reconducted the compression test.
results were
C1 : dry 140psi wet 160psi
C2 : dry 110psi wet 125psi
C3 : dry 125psi wet 140psi
CONCLUSION : BOTH Rings & valve seals need replacement.
Recently done the ring & valve seals job. Alhumdulilah, there was no bore cut. no crank work.
car is now on running period of 1000km.

RINGs : 2250 (NPR)
valve seals : 450
engine seals: 550
head gaskit: 350
Half jan kit: 350
engine front & back mounts: 900
Engine oil, oil & air filter: 2100
labour : 4000
kerosene oil: 350
Silicon: 200
So, roughly it costed around 11000

Now, when car will complete 1000km of its running period, i will change oil.
Uptill now, i have been running it under 60kph, and max with 1 or 2 passenger. there is no reduction in oil. Even there is no change in color of oil(red, havoline 20w50) after 550km drive.
Previously it turned black after 200km drive
