No aftermarket AC will work good for long time. Buy VXR only, it's ac is very good. I have March 2013 Euro II and still it's ac is very powerful and nice cooling even in extreme heatwave days.

NO heating issue. Just after a year or two, get its thermostat valve checked to make sure it is not rusted. If it is rusting change that to eliminate the chances of overheating.

yeah. that's the issue. But you can also improve cooling with center vents. Move their direction towards roof. Cool air from AC will cool the hot air at top and cabin will cool down faster.

i have 2016 model and it ac is working great masha ALLAH. but i am planning to install ac vents on both sides. letsee how it works.

Im interested to see how you install ac vents in sides..
Another option is 2000 model mehran had 4 ac vents..

i have planned to use right side coin box for vent and i will install computer cpu fan behind the air vent in the plastic pipe.

for left side i have to cut the dashboard maybe depending upon the space behind it.

by doing this the blow from the center vents will decrease.

Another option is by making holes in the air box behind dash board and taking two pipes out from the middle to the back of hand brake and installing armrest with ac vents. this is just an idea, it couldbe diffficult but not imposible.

this idea came in my mind a few months ago and i decided to cut arm rest mehran and install one ac vent in it.. But after searching i find that air flow will reduced significantly ..and if we install extra fan it,ll throw hot air rather cool air.. ..Also idea behind two air vents in mehran is to increase air flow..

Good option is to find a good shape old mehran dash board with four vents.. and save new dashboard

Yarr 1300 rupees ka new dashboard hai, bachaneka faida nahee. old dashbaord ki shape ka issue hai fitting different hai:)

bhai rumors to hain, but it will happen till 2019........suzuki waley bohot dheat hain, they will enjoy premium of selling mehran in 806000/- till the time they launch new model.
