This depends on which oil you are using for euro 2 mehran.. which grade you use.. some grades which are semi synthetic like API SJ or SG are for 2500 to 3000 kms.. Only API SN which is fully synthetic oil can be used for 5000 km .. and can push upto 6000 as well.. not recommended.. read this in an article online by an expert british mechanic

Use 10w40 and keep interval of 5000 km.

if you feel your self confused ask the shopkeeper regarding that particular oil you are buying.. Not all oils can run for 5000 kms... Only fully synthetic oils have more kms
