i have not noticed before... it occurs sometimes only i think it occurs when TSV opens at 25% heat needle.... Fan starts for 5,6 seconds then become normal and start only when heat is at 45%

@nnabeel brother if u can elaborate the mechanism with which auto fan works.. how and from which source auto fan senses the temperature and from which source it gets turned on ... may be then I'll be able to self diagnose it.. please help before it creates some major problem...

As I mentioned earlier i was facing two issues
1) jerking 2) fuel smell in cabin while AC on

jerking was due to bad spark plug wire insulation which was leaking current. sorted out, and no more jerking now for last 600km.
For 2nd issue, I just switched vacuum pipes positions as explained on threads on pw before, now for last 600km drive with full AC on Alhumdulilah there is no fuel smell in cabin.

Experts, my 2015 ODO 67,000KM mehran passenger side front shock is very hard (drive side is soft and best). plz suggest economic and effective one time solution??

replace both with new ones. gabriel or agri autoes....which ever available.

replace both as they will be equal in height softnesss and ride.

keep the softone with you maybe used at anyother time later. or sell both on OLX

@masters1001 go to almost 3rd or 4th last post on this thread. There he clearly mentioned it in picture. For last 1200 km with full AC on and even with off AC no smell in cabin Alhumdulilah

So guys, after a long long investigation and testing for fuel smell inside cabin.....here is the culprit.

Charcoal canister was dried using air
rubber pipes checked
fuel station changed just to check maybe the smell was from fuel of a particular petrol pump
soleniod was inspected which passes the fumes from canister to intake manifold.

all were ok and this pipe was the culprit.

The rusty pipe. This piece of pipe goes from body to tank just after the fuel filler pipe and three hoses for air connects into it. it is visible behind the back wheel arch.
check the pics and the condition of the car.....the car is only almost 5 years old now.....

Any one knows how can i connect Air direction control cable. It was detached by AC guy. cable is intact.only it needs to be inserted in some valve which controls air direction. If any person can show me via pic (under dashboard) so i can do it myself instead of paying someone.
