Plz dont fight in forum, I agree that, suzuki is not paying attention on the saftey aspects, but here you can see the talent in our country, how youngsters modify their cars.

I have done simple modifications
1. replaced point system with CDI
2. new battey 65 amp
3. heavy generator of 70 amp
4. fan infront of condencer
5. front bumper modified to cover the extra fan
6. door switch of nissan sunny in all doors
7. neons under the car
8. fog lamps
9. sound system (pioneer D2 woofer, Kenwood 718 speakers, 4 channel amp)
10. central locking
11. AC grill in dashboard on right side (driving side)

Dear Mehran lovers,

i also owned a mehran 6 months back and i drove it around 85000kms in 3 years. if you say its is economical in all respect, i will agree with you. But if you people say that it is the best car or it is economical or its is good car. i will disagree with you. Bhai is gari mein kya achi chez milti hai aap ko? tell me bro........ if you buy a new mehran it costs you around 450000 and what are you buying in this much amount......? just teen dabba in which engine is fitted.....

i bought diesel charade after selling mehran....... it is much comfortable than mehran although a bit expensive but not a bad deal..... if diesel engine in good condition it will give you average around 21-22km/litre.

So bros..... totally disagree with you that mehran is a good car....... Dont think that mine was in bad condition i maintained it very well although it was around 3 years old when i bought it ........... for satisfaction of you people im also attaching its pics.

Please guys ..... dont go for the ugly mods....... go for the simple but good looking mods...... ive seen many people giving head lights a new shape by pasting stickers like come pics before my post, go fot the good work, what i did was i got the headlights open and got the part beside the lens painted black...............

agreed. but other than this what other option do u have which is
-new at a reasonable price.
-parts easily avalible
-mechanics easy to find
-very low maintance costs

lets disscuss good things
like road clearance best car in rush situation parts even cheaper than a bike's spares etc etc

yeah. im definately NOT a fan of mehran, but at the end of the day it is the car that gets u home, not the one thats parked in ur garage for weekend driving.

You are right, lots of good things about this car, but do you think that it is fair? company is producing the same car for the last 30 years with no improvment in the car, all the company is doing is reducing the quality and increasing the price........ tell me a single case like this in the whole world. what they have changed:
head lights after 20 years
dash board after 20 years (older one had 4 wind wholes, now it has 2)
bimpers after 20 years

Tell me is it fair....????????????

Dont tell me this...... if you are a person who know how to maintain a car, take any car, it is not going to give you any problem...............

I will suggest you people to go for the car which is comfortable, at the end of your journey all what remains is you and only you........ if you are not comfortable in your ride then Achar dalna hai economical our spare parts ka??????

personally im more comfortable driving my mehran than my vitz and my bimmer.

u dont have the constant fear that some one will simply bump into ur car and cause damage worth thousands. and considering the driving style here its the best compact car in this category.

obviously it has more disadvantages than advantages, but like i said pls mention any other car instead of this.

  I agree with u guys that suzuki is not producing quality products. we are here to share the good things and bad things of Suzuki mehran.
  what u have done?
  here i have seen, everybody is blaming each other, and are ready to fight, instead of sharing their experience.

car needs maintanance, phir chahay koi be car ho.
i have mehran since 9 years, and i m satisfied with its performance, i have done modifications myself to make it comfortable and i m successful.
i m not crying that 'suzuki has not given me anything'
jo hai so hai. Allah ka Shukar hai.
i have a margalla, but i love to drive my mehran, its easy, go wherever u want, fuel consumption is excellent.
