I used to have a City 1.5 NEO and i took it to 190 twice on motorway and i know what it feels like at 190. City is a big car so no problems but a mehran, come on, even if a coaster crosses it on motorway the car shakes (jhatka sa lagta hey). I believe it will turn over at 190 due to air pressure :).
