From what I have heard, the local 2011 swift is the older model of the swift and we (as always) are being sold stuff that nobody else wants in the rest of the world. Makes sense i guess, as wer STILL don't have ABS, Airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, etc as standard equipment. DX, or DLX, in an accident they'll do nothing to save you. Rather than fitting a bloody MP3 player (or whatever) these local manufacturers should fit safety features.
I urge you to be smart with your money & buy a used import in whatever state it is, rather than any local small car as they are overpriced and unsafe. if you insist on buying an unsafe car (like the new local small cars) then you might as well save allot of cash and just buy a special edition khyber, it had almost all the features of the 2011 swift.
