Metallic disc having grooves on surface may give similar issues?
Polishing them lightly may improve suddenness of brakes?
Mine improved little bit with polishing out grooves

AoA Sir I'm also facing the same issue in my Suzuki Swift dlx 2010.I had changed the brake oil,Master Cylinder but the brake issue remains same ,there is no oil leakage from any brake pipe,the brake pads are Ok,After pumping the brake pedal 3 to 4 times the brake works normally..
This problem occurs after driving about 50 to 60kms and mostly on bumpy roads
If anyone has knowledge about this problem then plz guide me.

I had flushed the brake oil but the issue is not resolved
A Mechanic said to replace the ABS unit bcz Swift has the ABS fault,
And when he took a test drive of my car ABS unit was working perfectly..

This problem occurs once or sometime twice in a month ,but its scary bcz 4 days ago, I was travelling on a main road suddenly the brake pedal goes down and I stopped the car with the help of handbrake and after that incident my brake is working perfectly now..

thats a terrible idea.

Bleed it again

monitor it, if it fails again, replace the master cylinder

It will probably be fine after a bleed though.

11k is insane, i think he may have ripped you off.

I went to waseem autos recently and he tried to sell me counterfeit suspension parts as suzuki genuine, he had even got fake genuine stickers for them.

Check the rear cylinders for any leaks, if they are good, a bleed should solve your problem.

I checked all the cylinders there is no leakage of brakeoil and the level of brake oil is not decreasing

got any pictures of the packaging? 11k is not bad if it really is genuine, but he does sell fake parts as genuine
