I bought 2013 swift, mechanically well maintained and odo is 65000. I am from Multan which is renowned for it's hot weather. Pl suggest me engine oil for my car.

i have suzuki swift 1.3dlx 2016. 32000 odo meter reading, i used havoline 5-30 fully syntactic but last time i use suzuki SGO semi syntactic but i am not satitifed becz average come down and full car heavy. Recommed me which engine oil i have to use becz people says 5-30 Havoline only use when car is below 15000 odo meter.

I own pak suzuki wagon r vxl and swift dlx.
Both have clocked 7000 first oil change was done fron suzuki they used 5w-30. Now inwant to switch to fully synthetic and only imported.
Options are liqui koly and mobil 1. Your recommendations brother?

5w30 is not recommended for swift. For WagonR it is ok.

For swift if you want to use fully synthetic then In Liqui Moly there is an option of 5w40 High Tech Synthoil.

Also 5w-50 is fully synthetic will it be suitable for swift?

There are so many oil grades available and you will have to change acc to temperature outside. 5w30 is good gives really good mileage but not for extreme temperatures of karachi i.e. Above 40 degrees. Any brand can be used if genuine. If u have bought helix ultra 5w40... Its a brilliant oil if found genuine as it has a wider temperature range.

Its very good. We've many m18/15/13 Swifts running on 5w30 liquimoly molygen, special tec without any hassle or wear and tear.
Even in scotching heat of summers you can use it.
If this was the case why cars run on 0-5w20/30 in middle east and uae and hot countries.. If heat is the case they should have 20w50 and 10w60 running there... Toyota is also introducing 0w16 are these manufacturers crazy???

Our people love to pour legendary 20W50 be it corolla or prius. They forget manufacturers recommendations. Toyota recommends 0W20 for their new corolla’s and these guys are happily pouring 20W50 or 5W50.
