Suzuki SWIFT or New Cultus

Hello Dear Friends,
I want to buy a new car, which car should i go for SWIFT or New Cultus? because price of both car is almost same. Please suggest for both in term of repair and maintenance, comfort, fuel consumption etc etc. as iam going for new cultus but some suggests to go for SWIFT as the price is almost same.

Go for city if you can...but if you want a fun car than swift otherwise cultus....but the cultus has too many good competitors in its price range....the 1000cc category has many good options available in Japanese...if you want to buy cultus go for passo ...I love that car...

Between suzuki swift and cultus go for swift!

Its build quality is better than cultus. Fuel economy is something that will be point to concern about in swift!

Other than this.

Nothing much can be taken as a negative point of swift while comparing with new cultus.

Swift is far better in comfort drive and handling..if you keep your car up to date in terms of maintenance use synthetic oil it will give you good average..go ahead.

swift - aweful fuel avarage. other than that it has no comparison with Cultus. swift anyday!

Go for a cultus, its a newer model and a newer design, overall a better car. Swift is a toy car, impractical, gas guzzler and the post 2012 ones is sort of pathetic. Also since its being sold since 2009 with no shape difference, the vehicle has no resale whatsoever.
Get a cultus with your eyes closed, and enjoy it

My suggestion will be Cultus/Celerio VXL. It is far better than a Swift.

1. Rear leg room is more than swift. Though swift is bigger dimension wise but cultus is more roomier.

2. Cultus is much more fuel efficient. will give 14-15 Km/l easily. On the other hand swift is known for its poor fuel economy.

3. It has 2 Air bags so it is a safer car to travel in.

4. Its automatic gear is AGS which is more fuel efficient to conventional automatic transmission which is in the swift.

5. Cultus/Celerio is the current international model in the world. Swift on the other hand in Pakistan is still the 1st generation model although internationally the 3rd generation Swift was introduced and that too months back!

6. Swift has a slow resale. As compared to the old cultus, or City, swift's value depreciates quickly. For the new cultus this yet has to be checked but by looking at the odds I believe it will be better that the swift too in this department.

Over all cultus is a more practical car than swift. Unless you want power, cultus should be your choice. You dont really buy these small hatchbacks for power! Do you?!

you have owned SWIFT and now using cultus... so whats different have you felt ( overall ) between both and your suggestion for me....

If you want to choose between swift and Cultus. I would recommend swift. Although swift has old engine , fuel consumption is not as good as Cultus. But in term of performance and quality swift is much better.
I own a swift from last 2 years and it's running buttery smooth.

Believe me I was just passing by, thought to give a comment after reading the comments.

The Suzuki list of my garage is Khyber(1999), Mehran (2014), Swift (2015) cultus (2007), cultus (2017).
iwill try to be on point.
just want to tell my experience, that's why shared the Suzuki list.

SWIFT : better handling, better acceleration, better comfort. better space.
CULTUS : Airbags, Good mileage. new shape.

as I dnt know whats your priorities, if mileage isn't issue, go for swift anyday.

every car resale value is lower then anyones expectation, Put any car for sale on actual price, No one will come to buy, Reduce some lacs, everyone will come to take. (this phrase has different aspects)

Negative points:
Swift: 1328 cc, mean you have to pay token tax of 1500cc car, low fuel average/bad average

Cultus: Better options in this money, Like Swift

In my view, and till Now the Suzuki vehicles ive used, ithink Swift is the best Product of Suzuki.

All are my words, Not implement on any body, and these are just suggestions
