Well I needed an MT CKD hatchback with good HP/NM for travelling on motorway and good resale value. Therefore went for it, i couldn't wait. However, once new swift and 7th gen city is launched and their delivery days become normal after the initial rush I'm gonna upgrade to either Swift next Gen or City 7th Gen probably end of next year insha ALLAH
Yes Hammad sb is a gentleman, after you gave me his number and i contacted him - he was very kind and professional and helped me resolve my issue. After talking to Hammad sb, i was a very satisfied customer and I didn't called even once to 3s till they contacted me themselves for delivery. I got delivery exactly after one month of booking. Actually sales representative there needs a little bit of training regarding how to approach different segments of customers. I heard one of their sales consultant died last year last name Butt and I heard from my colleagues that he was a professional and well trained. All my confusions was due to the lack of communication skills and maturity to deal different customers segments by the new Sales consultant there. But at the time of delivery, I felt change in that sales consultant behaving professionally but still i believe PSMCL should (if not already in place) train its HR like pre-service training and in-service training primarily to those people who interact with customers.
Also, my experience with PSMCL customer service is very good, I wrote an email to customer service and the next day I received like 4-5 calls from PSMCL/Suzuki Gujranwala Motors and my problem was promptly resolved. Its quite pleasant experience and I praised this kind gesture in my social circle that definitely 'll result positively for the company and the customers alike.
I haven't registered the car yet which i'll do after getting salary on 1st march. however people at Suzuki 3s told me that it'll cost around 60k.
