I had this same issue with sister's Alto. Brakes failed several times. Eventually change cylinder with the genuine one. In between, brake cylinder was changed with refurbished one. Brakes still failed. Wondering what is the problem with Pak Suzuki. Cant their cars have reliable brakes which is such a necessary and basic system of a vehicle?

My car is brand new and its timw for his first oil change and all the other thing ao guide which oil is gud and also guide mea wat is changed in first oil change time. Showroom service man told me to come on 4500 is it gud or not?

If ur showroom allows u to bring some outside oil go for ZIC X9 or some good brand 5W-40 oil personally using X9 since 2013 with outstanding performance
Rest only use genuine Suzuki air and oil filter but make sure it's imported one

I have a swift 2011 .. have been using it from day 1 .. it really is a pocket rocket .. I mostly go from abbottabad to Islamabad and to lahore and vice versa and on the motorway it can easily cross 150 .. as i take emense care of it using original filters but fully synthetic oil ..so the engine is in perfect condition .. during the 6 years i have used it .. I have made a number of changes in it .. have used the sound dampning sheets in the doors and back to reduce the road noise and the khar khar .. that has helped a lot .. now there is no noise in it .. the back space and luggage space are a big negative .. your budget i think should be 11.5 max ..

On the long run .. that is on the motorway the average is gud .. with ac .. almost 15.5 .. but in local go and stop traffic the average goes down to 10 .. As the average of the car what i think depends upon a number of factors ..Mainly the mood of the driver ..Air and Oil filter used ..Oil in the engine ..Air pressure in the tyres ..The brand and size of the tyre .. the quality of the fuel used .. We can only hope and want is to use what we think are the best brand out there for our cars to get the maximum out put .. But again if you are thinking about buying a swift .. keep in mind the back and luggage space .. and the maintainance cost ..

Those of you who already have surpassed the warranty mark should move to a better oil ..preferbely a synthetic oil .. I have been using Havoline Pro Ds for quite some time with imported suzuki oil and air filter .. and its much much better than the original one ..
