My car has a problem with water accumulating in spare tire area.
later found out that the workshop I got it repaired from after being rear ended didn't ' Stitch' her up properly.

Millage update of Swift Automatic purchased in January 2014.

Previous refill for full tank = 35.6 liter

Current refill for full tank = 38.65 liter

Total distance travelled between the two refills = 482 KM

Millage 482/38.65 == 12.47 KM/Liter

The previous refill was done from a new petrol station and my brother felt issue with the car pickup. It felt underpowered, for this current refill he went back to the good reputation petrol station (Shell Station on 5-Sarki, near Hearts International, RWP) and according to him the car felt very responsive and great pickup like the first day.

Obviously fuel quality matters a lot, so avoid stations that have poor quality fuel.

I do that for every long trip I am going to make to ensure spare tyre is inflated and all tools are available
Btw, what should I use to seal the gap? Silicone, PVC etc.?

silicone....i have a emergency flat Tyre kit so no issues..
