Ha, I've used Liqui Moly Synthoil 5w40, LM 5w30, Caltex FS 5w40, Zic XQ and honestly, I cannot find any difference between them.Even 5w30 should work fine for you.Yes, on papers, 5w40 is the best due to.... i don't know lol.
I personally loved castrol magnetic in my previous cars...whts ur verdict
Never used Castrol before, might try it this time i.e after 5000KM:) Where is the authorized dealer in Lahore? I don't think there is any in Faisalabad....or is there...
Have used Castrol all my life. Vehicles going strong at 150,000kms plus.

Hey guys chech this out Facebook.com/hydrographicsPakistan Some awesome interior work done
Filter house has them all today i met my friend who has swift since last year almost 20k driven..he is very satisfied with sgo
Dont go for sgo. Because 1 or 2 oil changes doesnt effect ur engine if ur car is new. Infact sgo has Total Quartz 5000 in it. Its better to have quartz 9000 in ur car. Itw will give life to ur engine and it is best compatible with the internal metalergy of ur engine partz.
Havoline 5w40 its easily available...is it any good what should be change interval
Greetings Swift Owners. Ive been strongly considering purchasing a swift automatic however, ive been cautioned by some people that Suzuki's auto transmission isn't as reliable as Honda's or Toyota's so I may end up with tranny issues in the long run (expensive). Secondly, is the resale really that bad of the automatic?
Appreciate your help everyone.
If I use Local Filter, I change at 5000 KM. If I use OEM filter ( 950 wala ) I change filter at 5000 KM and oil at 8000 KM.Now, I have started changing oil and filter at 5000 KM. Not worth the risk, considering Pakistani driving conditions
If you are changing at 5000kms you should use semi synthetic. I think by using semi synthetic for 5000kms your car would be protected as good as using semi synthetic

Naah man, I am willing to spend money on good oil for my car. Always used Fully synthetic, I just love it for some reason I have seen a Swift '10, driven approx. 1,30,000 KM on SGO 20w50 o_O. Perfect engine!
20w50 is not the recommended oil for swift, correct me if m wrong. Secondly if you are using full synthetic use original Suzuki filter and run your synthetic oil to its limit. I use synthetic upto 10000 kms with original filter and things r good so far. Even semi synthetic is safe upto 7000kms.
^Do you change Oil Filter at 5,000 km or at 10,000 km? How do do you judge if the oil is fine till 10,000km?
