In the break-in period, as long as you are shifting above the 2k rpm range, that is the best. Doesn't matter what speed just keep an informal estimate of shifting it around 1.8k rpm to 2.2k rpm. That is the best for your engine. However about top speed try not to go above 80km/h till it has run 5000kms. Else is perfect 
When I got my Swift, I started shifting much earlier than you did, something of hyper-milling sort for first 100kms, but then I realized that its not healthy for the engine. Do Not Hyper-mil. Just drive in a casual manual.
Also driving in the 1.8-2.2 range means accelerating slowly and decelerating slowly as well
