i have tried to connect HobDrive with ELM 327 but not succeed , same OBDII connected successfully using SZ Viewer.
have you tried by changing settings of HobDrive as mentioned by @shariq101

Go to ECU Settings in settings page
Screens----Settings---Vehicle settings---Ecu settings.
In the vehicle ECU type, type Suzuki_H27_KWP
My iphone is not showing showing the bluetooth connection, i think i have to try it with andriod mobile.....For iPhone i need a ELM 327 wifi device.....
Most OBD2 don't support IOS. Please check with Android phone.

Its DBW. I do not own one but I have never seen any cable in swift's engine area
