Hey Everyone, So i ve been thinking to change my car for a while, and came across someones review on youtube about Swift, just wanted the opinion of you guys should i go for it because lots of people are saying that with that kind of money i could get the new cultus, but i know this that the driving experience is no way near swift, i like to drive and for me driving is all about comfort and also just resting my foot on the throttle as it goes on the road, also i need a car which could benefit me both on long and short routes. If u want comfort than forget Pakistani cars and buy some Japanese car
I got lower back pain and one of it's reason was my swift seat
I think comfortable word fits very little to Pakistani cars may be Civic only
Even Corolla is just a hype recently tried Grande but didn't feel anything that makes it worth 28lac
Yes recently driven Civic and it gives a little feeling of comfortable and premium car

Well you are definitely right about the comfort of Japanese cars, but you see i was driving my fathers Honda CIty and now want to get my own car i travel alot on the motroway and due to the powerful engine of swift i thought it would be a better option also i need a hatchback because i dont have that much space in my garage, also what option do i have in Japanese sector..

Swift is powerful machine with better drive and good road grip,factory fitted android player..fuel average is around 12/13 in city for well maintained car not more than that.

if you want hassle free car without any trouble for 3 to 4 year. go for brand new swift.

FCC is a good choice, i also use same to replace mine, but in swift the OEM Clutch/pressure plates are not FCC.

Change your clutch Slave Cylinder Push Rod to Half inch Smaller one your issue will be solved you can buy it from any local auto shop it would be hardly for Rs. 300 to 500.

Bro latest swift is using alot of localized part now your statement might not be true. People are reporting various issues one of which is windshield shattering automatically etc etc

windscreen issue is also reported and confirmed by dealership. they said it is manufacturing fault. I know 80% parts are locally produced.

Thats a major fault, today i went to ask some of the dealers here they said that the build quality is not what it was before, and that there are lots of assembly defects in the new ones aswell, problem is i need a car which is a hatch back and also is powerful for the long routes, the dealer said to go for cultus as it is not a local assembled car but i doubt that it would help me on the longer routes. I m more confused than before

Well I don't think so it will disappoint you if you go for a manual one, below are the power to weight ratio of both swift and cultus celerio, swift has greater power as well as greater weight and vice versa for cultus so more or less the final decisive factor comes down to the friction due to air resistance and road friction and as long as air resistance is considered, I think both cars are equally aerodynamic so final factor remains the road friction. Now all that depends upon one's choice, weather you want better road grip or better net power. I may be wrong at certain point as I'm not a student of physics but depending upon my available knowledge, I concluded this.
Power to weight ratio of cultus = 0.0387
Power to weight ratio of swift auto = 0.0389
Power to weight ratio of swift manual = 0.0397
Ps: it also depends upon gear ratios though.
