So, these are basically your own standards and definitions i reckon. I live in Lahore and it's literally not a big deal for people to travel 100kms a day , my own 4 month old car is 11k driven. Same goes with every big city in the world. Infact, commute is even more then this 100km a day limit which we have set over here.
I know people who travel daily from Lahore to nearby cities like Gujranwala, Sialkot, etc. You need to check their mileage.
Yes, their are people who have less commute plus those having 3-4 cars at home which results in pretty much less mileage on the odo at the end . This still doesn't mean that traveling more then 100km a day is abnornal, it's pretty much normal.
