Asuki is hard material and will damage the disc
One more thing guys that I forgot to share is that is about windscreen wipers. My car genuine wipers were worn out So decided to get them changed as well which mostly people use to do and throw away genuine buyers after buying the similar low priced copy wipers. This time a good wiper dealer advised me to buy their rubbers for just 150rs and get them replaced for 100rs from the guys standing on the main road in front of tibet centre who do this work (although after watching them replace I think ots very easy job and can be done at home as well)
@syedmfarooq in defence i know 2 shops only and always go to them for their related work
One is Defence traders (battery dealer) whose battery prices are really amazingly good
Second is Zafcom tyres (the one in gizri not the one near to this Defence traders)

Better is get a set of viper rubber (2 are joined together) of reasonable quality and keep a set handy for replacement. It's both economical and easy job

My stock wipers were ruined by a jackass accessories shop owner who yanked the old rubber away from the wiper and bent the holders.

After many tries to fix the wipers and failing to get a smooth wipe, I bought original Bosch wipers and change rubbers myself every couple of months. This has worked for about 10 years.

Regarding wipers recently I ordered Hybrid Wiper for my swift. Size was 18 inch passenger and 21 inch driver side. It is stock size of metal frame wipers..

Installed them and I noticed that driver side wiper was a bit lifted from right side and was not touching the screen.. upon wiping, small area from right bottom was not cleaned as there was no contact of wiper rubber with screen.

I replaced the rubbers of previous fitter stock wipers and it is working like a charm.. noise free and cleaned..

So it's better to buy good quality rubber and change yourself. Don't throw stock wipers untill their frame is not damaged

The frame was fine on my stock wipers but the prongs on which the rubbers and metal sliders move were bent beyond adjustment.

I still don't let anyone else change the rubbers on ny wipers.

Also, cleaning the existing blades with soap solution and rags and then alcohol swabs prolongs their life and enhances the cleaning ability while reducing the likelihood of scratches.

Brother its my sincere advice that dont go for any tyre of General Tyres. As in my research on it and based on my own experience on Suzuki Alto of 2006 and another Toyota Altis owner is that they have some skidding issue. The Toyota altis guy was telling me that even with ABS installed car skids/slips he was not knowing reason behind that but as of my alto experience it was due to tyres when i shifted to dunlop the issue didn't occurred again although it didn't had ABS in it

General tyres are pretty good since about a decade. Softer compounds than the XP2000.

More of it I guess is that you get a fresh set than any other brand. Else Road grip etc may likely be inferior probably wrong if tested properly. At least 18/20 if not 19/20 margin... General or Euro are mostly removed by people without any trial of more than a few 10s of kms. Enthusiasts don't even bother to give them a try. Not favouring them but shared what a friend of mine said after getting his third set replaced in rows with Euro in a span of 4 years with 140K of mixed mileage on his odometer. Anyone having good experience may augment or someone may differ for his or her own reasons. Thanks

Actually i faced this problem last week ago jerking missing and vibrations started in my swift 13 manual after engine wash suddenly.after complete tunning process problem not vanished .then mechanic observed the problem went towards coils took them out rap with tape and inserted .when i started my car it was as smooth as a new car.problem solved thanks Allah.this type of fault is due to the current issues i think.my experience for you guys

Just got my plugs changed after around 7 years and 41000km with same stock BKR6RE-11 and car is again like new
Rather i never had that pocket rocket feeling even when it was new.

I have to replace brake fluid on my swift. Kindly tell how much brake fluid does it need? And which is the recommended brake fluid?

Yes. In iridium and NGK brand BKR6EIX-11 are recommended..

Current rate will around 4600 to 5000 RS for 4 plugs

Dot 3 is recommended brake fluid

600 ml may serve the purpose. You can keep extra for future use.

I have 2016 swift with 106k kms. Using zic fe 5w-20 and guard filters.
I am gettingt 15+ without ac nowadays. With ac 13 to 14. Route is canal road. Gear changes at 2.5 mostly.
