No he previously quoted jvc for navigation. But whatever it is Suzuki people r so pathetic that I have no words. I checked on Internet n didn't find any company named techno. But m really disappointed by Suzuki

Must have been a misunderstanding. The Swift has always had JVC units since the beginning, and you probably talked to an idiot who didn't know the difference between a navigation unit and a music player.

^ true, i am in a similar situation, was deciding between navi or not. 'not' option came after i read this thread carefully. any ways to decide it my self i visited two diff showroom. and guess wat both of them didnt have dlx with navi in their display :@ they didnt even had the auto and dlx varients! he showed one auto of a customer with pioneer dvd player. and one dlx with alpine player.
want to get the car before july so am thinking of going without navi and save 49k....

Yes Navi one is short in the market n they r taking 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. But m so disappointed the way Suzuki people respond to queries. You ask a question regarding mango and they start replying regarding apple. Most pathetic thing is that their marketing team does not know about the brand of Navi DLX has. I asked them wat r u marketing if u don't actually know the product n the guy was silent. They r so Goof that they even can't market a better car like Swift.

one question guys, the brochure is saying the rear seats are double foldable, like JDM city, however, when i checked this on displayed DX it was just a single fold same like cultus, not to mention the sales guy didnt know about it, i even showed him the pic in his brochure but he had no answer.
so please guys, is it double foldable in dlx or not?

Initially the Swift had double folding but now they have compartments in the trunk instead.

there is a small black strap below the seats (on right side for right seat and on left side for left seat) just pull that strap, seats would be able to double fold.

If AC gas is low for the new car, it should be filled to full pressure by the company, push the dealer for it and if they argue call the suzuki Karachi. Also check if the AC air filter is not choked and the blower behind the filter is clean.Most of the time there is less throw and cooling due to dust in these components.

I have a 2010 model swift the tyres of which have been completely worn out. I'm planning to get them changed today.
I have an option between Yokohama DB or yokahama aspec A300
i would like to keep the size same as the stock tyres I.e. 185/60 R 15
The car is driven on the ring road twice daily and it is driven on the motorway once a year.

Please go for Advan DB. Aspec 300 is an older model and no longer available at the dealership.

I want to get new tyres for my Suzuki. The Bridgestones I've been using were very hard. Need to get something that's got good grip and provide a comfortable ride. The height needs to remain the same soi just the brand. Any suggestions?
