No bro!! i read a lot on internet and also seen on pakwheels Yawar bhai has done sound deadening using jumboolon but i am not convinced. because in rainy season as it was last week doors are filled with water.

You have also observe a tiny hole on the bottom of doors that is for water drain.
No offence but if you use jumboolon water will stay there even a little but a some water is enough for rust and in case of foam its worst than jumboolon. So its not possible to open doors after few months to check for rust.

So what I did is that as there is no worry of water in trunk normally so foam is best for plastic panel jumboolon for inside trunk then Seal & Peal so that if water enters in trunk it will not come in contact with foam.

For doors my advise is to use seal & peal , as it is not available in Pakistan but you can easily import it through www.homeshopping.pk. they will import it for you. I got it from my relative who brought it from UK.

Yes the doors in the hole should not be covered by the jumbolon. Jumbolon can still be applied to the inner side of the outer panel of the door, keeping in sight to avoid drainage holes. And in my case I covered the sides, so the holes at the bottom are pretty much there and the water easily drained through them. Whatever method you use, you have to be careful in any case, be it Dynamat or Jumbolon

People who own APV and Swift appear to buy one after another. I have seen examples of APV and yesterday, I saw that my sister had replaced her 2010 Swift with a brand new one. Elder sis also has one. Anyways, what interests me more is that this appears to be the third deck system of Swift introduced by naPak Suzuki. The best thing about this is that its lights turn on with the parking lights, unlike those of its predecessors or even those coming in present day Toyota XLi/Gli and Honda City. It also had a reverse camera, something which m not too fond of particularly in such a tiny vehicle.

Interesting bro...have you asked your sister why she has changed to an upper model...the players have been changed each year..first was a JVC pre then panel JVC and now one din JVC...camera is of no use as the previous owner had installed one in mine and I found no use of it except for very close parking..

I've 2013 swift dlx, 1 month old with 347kms on odo..
now i faced a 1st issue..
right back door's inner chrome handle is not functioning all of sudden, it was working last night but now its not opening the door..
can i fix it by myself? as i dont know how to open the plastic door fitting..
can anyone guide me in detail or with picture references!
or shud i go to dealership! how much they will charge for it?

Do you mean the lever which you pull to open the door? the wire is probably broken, get it fixed under warranty.

I find the probability of child lock being engaged extremely high in your case. Open door from outside, look for a small white button sort thing, change its position and see if your chrome handle works.

Please confirm that child lock is not on before any further opening and inspection of the door lock.

its surly be the child lock, I also went for same issue to suzuki motors and they reminded me about child lock function which I forgot.
