Over the period of time that I have driven Swift I have noticed that the average has improved, not significantly but yes enough to make a difference.
Total ODO is around 3500 km while the last average was 11.93 km/l. This was the highest ever clocked by me and hence I feel that since the 5000 inspection has been done, it will improve only now, given that I drive it the normal way and not just floor it every time. My driving range is again at an average of 2000rpm and after that I normally shift gears. Don't like driving fast or flooring all the time. Pick is phenomenal. To improve the performance even more, I am thinking to get the following things done as future upgrades:

K&N Air Filter
Iridium Plugs
Volt Stabilizer + Ground Wiring

So suggest if there are others that would keep it stock and improve average and performance in any way.

^Dear,

ALso change the oil to fully synthetic, i would recommend ZIC XQ, and iridium plugs should be compatible ones , Denso IK20, NGK IFR6J11, BKR6EIX11.Don't know about the volt stablizer,ground wiring but that may void the warranty.

My swift gave me an amazing mileage of 16.9 kmpl in the last tank. within rwp-isb. including 30 min of a traffic go-slow. and yes i hypermile if thats what you call it. for me its normal driving. clocked 38k km.

Yes will switch oils too. Currently have the Suzuki Fully Synthetic oil itself. Will try ZIC XQ too. However my experience with Helix has always been good. But will give ZIC a try.
Yes will see the compatibility of the plugs and then purchase
I don't think that my void the warranty as you will be only installing some wires to many portions of the engine bay from the negative terminal of your battery (portion or components include: engine, chasis, alternator..etc) I dont remember the areas much but it does improve the electrical flow in the car's system and since my car has an audio system so I will be needing that. Engine response also improves for everyone. Doesn't cost much. Around the best kit (volt stabilizer+ground wiring) costs 4k or less.

That is truly amazing. I am still stuck in 11-12 range. Well I don't mind that but again achieving more mileage will be a sense of achievement itself IMO. I follow the same method but again the areas that I commute in daily are traffic flooded areas 24/7, so yeah fuel consumption increases plus the Air conditioner is ON all the time in Karachi's weather so it goes further down.
Once I travel out of town, I would know more about its max mileage.

Some more information about ground wiring & volt stablizer plz.

I m getting 16.5 kmpl on long route with ac. Tyre pressure usually 30all. Plugs ngk ifr6j11, normal filter, zic A+. Driving style smooth @ 2200~2900 rpm. Thanx for advise by sdogar, jz, sameer. They have been very kind & helpful.

Yes I know. Have been driving only in traffic that's why its pretty low. Yes will try a tank full of high-octane once and mixed once. Lets see how much change I get...
I tried Caltex for the simple one and the results did not vary much. I prefer keeping a single station of a particular brand only

Ground Wiring improved the grounding of the vehicle and Volt Stabilizer helps in improving the overall electric flow of current in the car. It keeps the voltage at a constant level, hence the engine takes on less load when charging the alternator and hence the performance also increases as well as the electric equipment (esp sound system) performs better. Thats what I think, might be wrong but you can research over it on the internet.
Both are available in the range of 4k. @jz here is selling them. Was almost out of stock. So contact him, otherwise I can also get you the whole kit for around 3.5k.

Yes that is a good figure coupled with good driving style.

I have Suzuki Swift DX model 2013 Jan, recently I faced a problem that the driver seat got bit lowered than the passenger seat (like foam bat jta ha).

Has any one else face the problem

Simple: Driver side ki Seat k foam bhat gya ha kya kru, ksi or or ya masla ay ha.
Is it cover in warranty.

Note: I have another Suzuki Swift DX 2012 us ki seats thek ha jsa phala mri DX ki thi....

If the difference is quite noticeable than you can take your Swift to the dealer from where you bought it and show it to him. It's not covered in warranty but perhaps may be due to good relations or out of good will they might do something about it.

Audio Update + DIY

Upgraded the RCA wires of the front stage. Previously they were running on speaker input because my stock Alpine HU did not support front RCA input
Later when got the kenwood installed was using simple Red and White wali RCA wire for the signals
Today upgraded those wires to Coaxial Cable RCA Wires (DIY - Custom style)

Details for the DIY - Coaxial RCA Cable, cheap yet efficient (inspired by Arsalan Bhai)

I was on a lookout for RCA connectors, found my supplier in China giving each for about $1.35 and if 10 pieces were ordered, per unit price would fall to $0.8. Then checked in Karachi and found out that a friend already had few. I wanted to give this DIY a try hence got hold of them. They were 4 pieces, enough to wire my front stage with my amplifier.

Used around roughly 5 meters of coaxial cable wire. Was spare at home, hence it did not cost me anything
Got the RCA connectors from a friend so again free
Just have to use the basic tools from home like cutter and piers for crimping the wire and fitting in the connector.

Wires were crimped and RCA connectors fit onto them. The ones going in the HU were giving an approx 90degrees turn due to lack to space in dashboard. They snugged in nicely. Then put all the wires though the center console and to the amplifier which was under the passenger seat. Again the RCA connectors on the other end to the amplifier were an awesome fit.

I personally felt that the audio was much more clean and clean (maybe because previous wires were crap :P)
So in short got this great upgrade at no cost at all, requires hardly any time, wonderful DIY and amazing results
