never bothered for warranty its a family cart and Aisin 10W-40 is used since 3rd oil change.
Hascol Pump Stadium Road is the regular pump for top up.

changing tyre profile also cause drop of fuel economy. now 26000 kms tyres may be changed at 35000 will remain on stock size but looking at Yokohama or Dunlop.

Is 10W-40 good for the car? I find it to decrease acceleration. 0w-20 users are quite happy, thinking of switching from 10W-40 to 0w-20.

for over 11000 kms she is running over 10W-40 in city of Karachi.

I have wagonR 2015, at start it is giving fuel average of 11 km with mix 80% ac 20% non ac. After 10000km it was increase to 12.5 to 13 on AC in city, same ratio of AC.
After 70000 km average dropped to 11.5 to 12 km, with same ratio of AC.
In last december at 93000kms, engine get chocked due to broken filter all oil spilled out and I realise after when engine get chocked.
Engine got repaired that was in winter'22.
Now during peak summer May June I was getting 12km average on AC same ratio.
But now suddenly it was decreased to 11 or even 10.5 if accurately calculated.
There is no jerking or chocking while running, smooth drive.
There is some work required in axcel and shocks. Question is could it be the reson of increase in fuel consumption???
Car has 117000 of runnig also spark plugs are not changed yet, every time mechanic told me that they are ok not need replacement.
Can anyone guide me a good mechanic in KARACHI, area NORTH Karachi or N.Nazimabad, nearby, who can atleast revert back the average to 12km....??

which engine oil grade you are using, and change interval.

Chocked= engine was ceased due to the spilling of engine oil. It was overhauled at that time, like engine was opened, gas kit, bearing etc, all the parts that was damaged were replaced.
10w40, (Shell, Atlas, Caltex) interval 5000.
Transmission fluid I am not sure, I think never changed....
